Insurance: In order to use public (Medicare & Medicaid or private commercial (i.e., United Behavioral Health, Value Options, etc.) mental health outpatient benefits, the client (child, adult or geriatric) must have an emotional disorder. This will be determined by the mental health professional.

For private commercial insurance users:
Before you make an appointment with Dr. Schloneger, you must contact your insurance company to preauthorize your request for outpatient mental health services.

Check your insurance policy for benefits and restrictions. You may contact Adonai Psychological Services to assist you regarding insurance.

***Most private commercial insurance does not pay for intelligent or achievement testing. Written reports are often required by physicians for treatment and school for academic services, but private commercial insurance usually does not pay for this either.

Signed release / exchange of information for your physician, cureent or prior therapist, or school is required to coordinate effectively.
